Return & Exchange Policies

I don't carry any products that I don't personally LOVE! I am confident that you will love them as well. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, I encourage you to call or email me with your concerns. I will be more than happy to personally assist you! If you are still not 100% happy with your purchase, I will gladly refund your purchase price, minus any shipping charges, upon return of the merchandise, according to the following guidelines:

Returns and exchanges are at my discretion.
I do have a fairly liberal return policy, and customer satisfaction is very important to me. However, if I feel that a customer is abusing the return policy (for example "sampling" and returning one of everything),
I reserve the right to refuse returns and exchanges.
Don't worry... I'm really very nice! =-) Whenever possible and within reason, I am more than happy to do what I can to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately I have to reserve the right to refuse returns and exchanges in situations of "bad apples," so to speak.


1. Please call or email me (1-866-898-9939 or Mandi@KeenBambino.com) and I will provide you with the address to which the merchandise should be returned.

2. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges (unless, of course, the return involves a defect, and customer has contacted Keen Bambino regarding the defect).

3. Returns and exchanges must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the purchase date.

4. I strongly encourage you to get a delivery confirmation and/or insurance for your return shipment. I am not responsible for returns lost in the mail!

5. Cloth Diapers- You never know how a diaper will fit until you try it on your little one! If you have any questions about the fit of a particular brand, please call or email me! If you get a diaper, and the fit was not quite what you expected, I will refund or exchange ONE used diaper. All others must be unused & unwashed, so be sure to try one diaper on your kiddo before washing the rest! The same applies to diaper package deals. I will only refund or exchange ONE used cloth diaper from a package purchase. All others must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging (if applicable) to qualify for a refund.

6. For hygienic reasons, I can not accept returns or exchanges of Pregnancy Belly Rings, Cloth Menstrual Pads, or Nursing Pads. If you are not satisfied with one of these products, please contact me (1-866-898-9939 or Mandi@KeenBambino.com) and I will be glad to assist you!

7. All CLEARANCE AND OPEN ITEM SALES ARE FINAL!
